Our Two-Step Process:

Step I: Low Pressure Cleaning - We use a biogradable non-toxic wood cleaner or stripper to remove previous sealer/stain, dirt, mold, algae and mildew. This procedure restores the wood back to its natural wood color allowing for maximum pentration of the stain/sealer.

Step II: Application of a high quality oil base professional stain/sealer which contains water repellent and UV protection resulting in maximum protection.
